Refunds

Due to all products being non-tangible, irrevocable goods ("Digital products") on Nodegroup, our returns policy is specific to the product type:

 

Pre-Recorded Courses:

Within 14 days:

For any reason, a refund can be requested within 14 days of the purchase date regardless of whether the student has downloaded or watched the content.

After 14 days:

Refunds will only be available on pre-recorded courses if the student has not accessed the content.

 

Live Seminars:

Refunds can be requested up until the time of the seminar starting, after which, no refunds will be given.

 

Memberships:

Within 14 days:

A refund can be requested within 14 days of the purchase date if the student has also terminated their membership.

Students might be refused further memberships if attempting to restart immediately the following month after requesting a refund. This is done to prevent repeated refund requests while still accessing membership products.

After 14 days:

Beyond 14 days after the payment, no refunds will issued.

 

Add-ons, Plugins, Digital Downloads:

Within 14 days:

For any reason, a refund can be requested within 14 days of the purchase date regardless of whether the student has downloaded the content.
